Purchased an Ashley brand sectional and recliner set from Wayne’s Outlet back in February 2020. By May I had to get a replacement recliner because the recliner was ripping at the seams in the seat area. Here it is November and the replacement recliner has ripped at the same seam. I sent an email with no response. It is obvious that these recliners are very poorly made.
I don't really like posting bad reviews, yet twice I went in this store and received terrible customer service. I watched another customer "white" come in and get superb attention so one can only guess the issue. I although the pruces were great. Everyone is not treated the same.
