Ben and Kevin did an amazing job - very professional and friendly. They had everything needed to do an excellent job in the timeframe I was given. If anyone needs their A/c - heating service I would HIGHLY recommend Wayne’s A/C and Heating company. Their maintenance program is great - no more worries if a warranty company will cover any break downs. If anyone is in need of used appliances or appliance repair, give them a call as well. I made an appointment with this company. Was told that I would be receiving service at some time from the hours of 1pm to 5pm on October 21 2025. I waited for four hours and no one showed up.
10/7/25 Had to have Mr. Ben and crew out for my AC. As always polite, communicative and very helpful. I used Wayne’s AC service. Ben, and his guys did a great job. This company is great at communication quickly resolving the issue promptly and making sure that the customer is happy with the end result. I had an AC vent that was not working properly and Inspector should’ve caught it and Ben and his guys worked very hard to resolve the problem, and to make everything correct for my duck work.
