Waynes Catfish Haven is a part of my past revisited. A great lil place right off the side of the road. Looks can be deceiving that's for sure. Once inside the food is AMAZING and couldn't be more tasteful. I'm not a fish person but Catfish haven has the best fish I've ever tasted. Everytime I visit family I HAVE to have catfish haven.
the best fried catfish i've ever eaten Growing up in Southeast Louisiana, I thought I knew fried catfish. Not until visiting my in-laws and eating at this place have I ever had the perfect catfish fillet. Crispy on the edges, meaty in the middle, perfectly coated and cooked EVERY time. I wish I could move this place down by my house. This is easily the best catfish I've ever had in my life.
