🚨 Wayne’s Body Shop – BE CAUTIOUS After my accident, my car was towed here. I was told I had to pay hundreds of dollars just to access my personal belongings, including my ID. Only after referencing Alabama towing laws was I allowed in — under surveillance, timed, and with resistance. Once inside the gate, we were still met with a hard time. I later found multiple reviews saying the same. Know your rights if you end up here after an accident. Document everything and don’t go alone.
Rudest help around! Towed my sons totaled car and auctioned it but can’t provide a receipt that it’s been sold. So DMV will not let us transfer his tag. Hasn’t Wayne’s made enough off of this $1500 car yo give decent service? Apparently not.
Poor driving skills from their tow truck driver. Almost forced me off the road.
