A friend referred me to Wayne's after my car was damaged by a hit-and-run driver. They fixed my fender, wheel and paint and did great work on it, even having my car ready earlier than estimated. Wayne and Lisa worked with me and my insurance company and made the whole process just effortless. I'd give them my business in the future, and I'd refer my friends to them, too.
I am dealing with a complete nightmare. I warn you all BEWARE. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT TO HAVE MONEY DRAINED AWAY AND A VEHICLE THAT YOU DROVE IN SITTING ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD. I will not let anyone else be a victim. Please take your car elsewhere. Don't just take my word for it Look on rip off report and read the other reviews below. I would put 0 stars but that is not an option.
The service at Waynes Automotive sucks I had work done there on my vechile and I spent over $500.00 And my vechile did not get repaireded and took it back 2 more times with no results I took my vechile somewhere else and got it repaired. And what is very unprofessional ad out Waynes Auto they would not work with me on any kind of a reimbursement to composate for work they did that did not repair my vechile
In mid-October, my truck wouldn't start and I had it towed to Wayne's. He'd done work on it in the past and always seemed fair and good. The truck was looked over and I was given an estimate for numerous items that needed attention. Service was prompt and seemed alright on the surface. The truck was not leaking oil prior to being serviced in October.
