The interaction was great!The work is not up to par.very,very slow.He will tell you anything to string you along.Wayne is not a good mechanic.I would avoid him at all cost.Very displeased with the service.(Which is still ongoing.about a year.)

I’m from Alabama they Replaced my transmission and “rebuilt” my transfer case started acting up the next day tried to get in contact with him about getting it fixed told me to find a dealer for that transmission for it instead of trying to fix $10,000 down the drain just to have my transfer case replaced once again I would’ve left a great review if he would have made it right and will not return my call

Repaired our truck, charged us over 10k for new transmission. And stated rebuild of transfer case. Has not worked since he installed it, will not answer the phone when we continue to call. Hoping they will do the right thing and fix it. I have several employees with the same experience. Still has yet to answer the phone.

I watched your tow truck driver merge in and out of lanes, and never once use his blinker. If he is too lazy or foolish to move his hambone to use the turn indicator, find another driver.

My son took his 16yr old Cobalt from VB to Blacksburg and had to learn the hard way, but Waynes Auto fixed the issue and was affordable and communicative. Wish they had shops like this in 757.
