These guys are great. We developed a leak in our cooling system in the midst of a long road trip. Clarence worked us in and quickly identified the problem. No BS about the fix or how long it would take. Helped us troubleshoot and arrange for a tow to a dealership in Charlottesville. Could not be more grateful for their professionalism and kindness.

My 4Runner and I found ourselves at Wayne's after the bearing in the truck's tensioner pulley failed, seizing the pulley and snapping the serpentine belt. Cash's towing picked me and my vehicle up and took us the 15 minutes to Wayne's. The Lexington AutoZone about ten minutes away had the necessary part; Wayne drove over to pick it up himself and dropped me off at a local restaurant to get some lunch while they worked.
