Oscar was fantastic!! My sister and I were stuck at a gas station and he gave us a jump (we used AAA to contact) that got us to a hotel for the night. Next day, car wouldn’t start again and we figured out that it was a bad alternator. Oscar came and got us again from the hotel 😂 Got us an alternator from AutoZone and then brought us back to the shop. Got it installed and got us back on the road in under an hour!! Would highly recommend.
Have had to use their towing services twice for a lockout. Both times they were good at communication, quick to arrive, and got my manual locks open. Oscar was great! Thank you
The interaction was great!The work is not up to par.very,very slow.He will tell you anything to string you along.Wayne is not a good mechanic.I would avoid him at all cost.Very displeased with the service.(Which is still ongoing.about a year.)
I’m from Alabama they Replaced my transmission and “rebuilt” my transfer case started acting up the next day tried to get in contact with him about getting it fixed told me to find a dealer for that transmission for it instead of trying to fix $10,000 down the drain just to have my transfer case replaced once again I would’ve left a great review if he would have made it right and will not return my call
Repaired our truck, charged us over 10k for new transmission. And stated rebuild of transfer case. Has not worked since he installed it, will not answer the phone when we continue to call. Hoping they will do the right thing and fix it. I have several employees with the same experience. Still has yet to answer the phone.
