Sold a car out from under me because the *** was s******* me around and he won't give me any of my money back that I put down on it and didn't even call me to let me know

On 1-11-24 ********* came to my shop and put money down on a car she told me that she would have the rest of the money in 10 days or less. I gave her a receipt stating balance due in 30 days. Then we were in contact it 60 days then it was 90 days. The car sat here until August and I sold it to someone else. I was going to work with her to get her in another car but after this report she is now on her own.
