Horrible customer service. Purchased our system a few years ago and our condenser stopped working suddenly. Informed me that they are all booked up and cannot help us until late Monday. Nice supposed to be down in the 40s this weekend so I guess that means a cold house for me and my animals. Way to go! Appreciate you not helping and will NEVER recommend you in the future.

I almost never leave a bad review, but this is over-the-top. Had a system that quit cooling in one day. Saw Wayne's truck sitting literally 2 miles from my house. Told them the issue, and that I had the same issue, a year prior. Said it was probably low on Freon (actually 410A).. I was running a 20 minute errand, and tech as gone before I got back.
