If you are being sued by a lawyer with Wayne Wright, be careful and doo your due diligence. My experience is that they will take on frivolous lawsuits and throw them up against the wall to see what sticks. Particularly if they sniff out that the person being sued has money. In fact if you have had this experience with WW, please leave me a note.
