This is the worst water company. One time they shut off my water and the bill was already paid on time. I called and they said the technician made a mistake and shut off the wrong house. Besides the ruthless water shutoffs, the website is frustrating and outdated. Of all the bills I have to pay this is the only one that doesn't autocomplete my account number (I have to look it up from the bill everytime) and there is no way to save my payment information so I have to go digging for my water bill and wallet every time I nee... read more
