This doctor is nothing but an insurance doctor. He is arrogant with an extremely poor bedside manner. He had no sympathy towards me or my 8 and 10 year old children while we were in crisis. If he does not have a medical answer, he will make one up. Obviously it shows in his staff's attitude and their working environment.
