Kim is absolutely awesome! I was in need of adding a teen driver to my policy and getting ready to make a TERRIBLE move with my insurance. Kim went over policy with me and knew exactly what I needed. Tyler was great! He was very helpful in adjusting my coverages to fit my needs and finding discounts. He kept in constant communication giving me info I asked for. The home insurance was $700 cheaper than Progressive so I saved a lot by switching.
