The entire staff at Wayne Wallace State Farm is Amazing. I have been a customer at least since 2015. Each time I have questions about my policy the team is quick to answer. Recently I had an issue with my policy and Kim was very honest and helpful. The concern was resolved in a timely manner. Thank you Kim and the staff of Wayne Wallace.
I have had phenomenal service here. Kim is wonderful to work with, answered all of my questions promptly, and helped me to get my new car set up without hassle. She also helped me with getting everything updated and corrected after I got married. She was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. I always get fantastic service with her!
