Lost my baby girl in a horrible accident DR. LAURA was compassionate in the middle of the night. Answered and met us. Her compassion for my entires family's grieving was extraordinary. Her prayer to us as a family was also just as special. It will not bribg back my little girl and I miss her ever day. However the compassion of Dr Laura allowed me to know O couldnt change her outcome. And she was cared for. Thank You!

didn't even get to make it to the vet because the receptionist/ lady that answers the phone is insanely rude and disrespectful. don't work in a place where you have to deal with people if you are going to treat them the way that you do. grow up and do your job how it's supposed to be done.
