I would give them a 0. I came inside, and asked for a refill for my acrylic French tip nails. And the owner said "oh, I cannot understand you" so I kept repeating it until she could understand me. Some how she I don't know understood and grabbed my hand without me giving any permission, 0 permission. She looked at my nails and said she can't do them. Very ignorant, lazy, stupid, unprofessional costumer service😒 Just to let you know the owner did that to me. And that was t the first time that happened to me

I’m not one to leave reviews, but after today’s experience I felt the need to. The manicure quality has been lacking for years, so much so that I only go for pedicures. Honestly, those could be much better too, but the salon is close to home and convenient. On my last pedicure appointment, Grace double charged my credit card and did not reverse the charge. Instead she issued me a gift card. Ok fine. I later get a text from my credit card (which I use for everything) that I’ve been double charged and press 1 to dispute. So, I... read more
