I visited Wayne Valley Nail for the first time for a regular pedicure, and unfortunately, it will also be my last. The quality of the service was very disappointing. My toenails were left uneven, with each nail shaped differently, making the pedicure look rushed and unfinished. What stood out even more was the technician’s attitude. Made an appointment for three spa pedicures for myself, SIL, and MIL for her 90th bday. I had never been here before, it was recommended by a friend. Best manicure and pedicure I’ve ever gotten. Lidia was so thorough. She cared more about getting the lines for my French manicure perfect than I did. This was a wonderful, relaxing, and impressive experience. Thank you Lidia!
My nail tech was extremely inexperienced and I really hated the way my nails came out. The gel polish kept lifting and it was so sloppy. Also, I realized she actually over charged me. (remember, karma is real) Never coming here again
