Extremely disappointed with Wayne Russell Funeral Services. After paying for my father’s funeral, I simply requested a duplicate receipt ours and Clerk of Courts records — something that should be straightforward and professional. Instead, I was met with unhelpful responses and outright refusal to provide it. At a time when compassion and basic customer service should be a priority, this experience was frustrating and disheartening. I would not recommend their services to others.

Wayne Russell Funeral Service was absolutely amazing! When my Father transitioned in 2014 they were very hospitable and I felt like family not just another number. That meant a lot to me. Mrs. Shelia Russell was amazing with helping me and mom with my Dad’s funeral arrangements and burial. I would recommend them any day! Thank you Wayne Russell Funeral Service.
Do not trust anything Ms Russell says because she has the worst attitude ever and is not honest about anything that comes out of her mouth.She will scam you out of your money then catch a attitude with you when she is the one in the wrong.Please believe all the one star reviews because they are not lying.Spend your hard earned money with a reliable honest company instead.
