Dr. Silverstein is a great MS specialist. I've always had excellent experiences with him and his staff. Very professional and thorough during my visit, highly recommended if you need a neurologist or Ms specialist!
Very long wait. Sign says "lose the wait". Waited 2 hours to see physicians assistant. Not very friendly. Will not go to again.
Worst experience ever. Staff was rude and talked about you whispering but the office is so tiny that you could hear them Whispering about you. Was specifically told that if I don't need a yearly physical that they cannot do anything else. I have had internal before and they have helped me with my knee pain and getting x-rays when I thought my husband was having a heart attack they EKG him. This doctor said she could do nothing for me. This doctor's office is awful. It was GREAT when Dr. Bean was my doctor, but since I've moved on to the adult neurologists I have not had one positive experience! My doctor has RIDICULOUS office hours, and the office staff is just abrupt and rude. I would recommend ANY other practice besides this one.
The 1st call I made was one and half month ago, they said people will contact me but nobody call me back. Then I called them 3 days ago, leaved the massage still no one contact me. WTF!!!!!!!! I get really mad!

i am little disappointed after calling there twice i was told they call me back right away both of the times no one called and allot of time passed since then, she did treated me i guess after you can't ask questions if you don't feel better.
