My friend has had terrible teeth and experiences with dentist all her life. She had a toothache the other day so I called to see when she could get in. Dr. Shirley worked her in when he had a full schedule. She came home saying that it was the first and only pleasant experience with a dentist she’s ever had and it didn’t cost her an arm and a leg.
The Rutledge dental group was my choice to go to, as recommened highly by others. I took dental assisting myself and was highly impressed from the minute I walked in the office! The entire staff were all very helpful and friendly. The front desk were very accomodating and friendly. Today I required a dental bridge to be cemented back in . I have to say I was a bit nervous to see a new Dr since I've been a patient of Dr Martin for almost 30 years. Dr Shirley is absolutely fantastic. He explained everything about my procedure before, during & after. He made sure I was extremely comfortable. He is very knowledgeable in his field & best part he is kind. I feel extremely grateful he is our families new dentist. Thank you Dr Shirley & staff for making my visit easy & painless!
Absolutely disgusting practice. Cancelled last two appointments one 2 hrs ahead of time 2nd 15 minutes before. Horrible customer service. Do not go here.
