They performed a superb job on my Outback.
I’ll be honest, I told them I’m more interested in selling my car instead of fixing it. Instead of guiding me to talk to sales first and bring car to different location - they recommended diagnosing my car for $200 anyways (a cost I could have avoided). Kind of frustrating feeling like I just got “got” into paying an unnecessary fee. Basically just go to a local mechanic or sales elsewhere if you actually wanna make money on your vehicle and not pay for literally nothing
I had an excellent experience with this service department. They were honest, professional, and never applied any unnecessary pressure. The diagnostic process was accurate, and providing a loaner vehicle allowed me to maintain my normal daily routine without interruption. I would especially like to recognize Jackson for his outstanding professionalism, courtesy, and customer service throughout the entire process. If you own a Subaru, I highly recommend this dealership for its expertise and exceptional care.
I want to thank Chris my tech advisor for his help today. I brought my car in for regular service and he was very knowledgeable and professional. The mechanic who performed the service gave a detailed report on my vehicle which answered any questions I had. Thank you both.
