The current booking system is so terrible. For the online booking, it’s impossible for a lot of people, especially older people, who normally don’t have computer knowledge to do the booking. Booking through a phone call is also difficult - long wait time, difficult to communicate (poor signal, high static background, etc.). To cancel or change appointment will also have to be done by a phone call only which very inefficient as described above. I have been a patient of this group for many years at the Metuchen office before they relocated their new office to James Street in Edison. This was my first time at the new, immaculate and lovely office in Edison. Staff is friendly. Doctors are wonderful.
Dr. Steinbeck is such a great doctor! He is kind, professional, and easy to talk to. Always takes the time to listen and answer any questions without making you feel rushed. Makes you feel comfortable and genuinely cares about his patients.
