i sow dr. carron twice no problem no one ever told me i had a copay then later they send a bill but no problem untel i call their billing office they want me to leave a massage to be answered by 24 hour later most places be happy to take your payment readaway

Very rude! I called to make an appointment for my mom and asked if there was an Arabic translator, but she turned off the phone on me. Then my mom called again and asked if they have an Arabic translator. The receptionist was different this time. She told my mom to wait then she transferred the phone to a pediatric unit. Very disrespectful.
