The doctor very good. The reception they won't deserve this star i wish they have zero stars. Two of them very rude .I took a day off work and I left my id at home I told them I can send them pic of it and they won't. They just had my id last month when they scheduled my appointment.
I like the place and the doctors are great and very kind. The front desk are veryyy rude, they don’t treat patients well.
HOW do you get in contact with this place?? Every single time I call, nobody answers. Here or Troy. And I cannot leave a voicemail. This is a shame..
Almost 3 weeks ago I was there for allergic reaction on my hands I was there for 2 hours and I was seen for 10 minutes I've been waiting for them to call me back to schedule a panel to see what I am allergic to and I have not received that call I called today she put me on hold and then I had to leave a message. This place is joke
I was a first time patient who got an appointment in 2 weeks. Other places was at least a 3 month wait. After checking in, I only waited 5 minutes before I was called back and saw the nurse within 5 minutes. The staff here was amazing! They were so attentive, friendly and helpful. Dr. Pradeep took care of my concerns. Very happy with the office and services.
