There is no way to pay safely without going into the office to pay in person (cash only). There is a 3rd party website now, but when I went there to pay I got an error message, so I don't feel safe paying on it. The other option is dropping off in the drop box, that doesn't seem safe either. How do I know if you've gotten it without taking time out of my day to call and check? They open after I've already left for work and close before I leave work. There should be an easier way to pay for people with work schedules. The oth... read more
My water has increased from $70.00 to $160.00 in the last couple months they will not check on there side what it is and there is no way I have used that much water that is higher than my power bill and I am on a fixed income
No one called me back like they said they would. Not very businesslike.
