Insurance isn't my thing, but Brittany has made making sure I'm covered a breeze, for both personal and business needs. I was able to save money and have higher coverage limits for my personal auto policy and was able to get last minute needed covered for our business all thanks to this agency.

I was pleased with my recent claim experience. I wasn’t very satisfied with the two different claim specialist that I spoke to, but thank God for the girls in the office who straightened everything out for me and were able to get me the proper payment!

While it can't be said that having an accident, let alone totalling the vehicle as a consequence, is anything I'd recommend, I would say that the claims experience was about as easy as I could have hoped. Communication was very simple and responsive. The claim was processed fast, and the value return was used to get a new vehicle and back on the road very quickly. From the Claims agent, down to the local office agent, everything was as smooth and efficient as I could have ever hoped for. Thank you for all that you do.
