Their customer service is non existent. You are nothing but a number to them. Sandy is sure to tell you that in a round about way each time she talks to you. At least to this particular office. If I could give them no stars, I would. Sandy and Mike are very unprofessional. Mike doesn't return phone calls even after staing he will call back. I had to call back 2 or 3 times and then finally had to make an appointment just to try to get clarity. Seamless. I called from the scene of the accident, and by the time the police officer had finished writing up his report, I had gotten information from the State Farm representative about the body shop where the car was to be repaired, and the car rental agency I needed to contact for transportation. It couldn’t have been easier.
I payed State Farm every month since I got a drivers license. We are talking 15 years. The one time I get into an accident, and I’m not at fault. They total my vehicle and leave me with nothing to buy a new one. I’m now riding a bike to work. Im also getting threatened to be sued from the other party personally. State Farm claims it’s fair. Do not use this insurance company.
The most resent experience with the Wayne Scroggins State Farm Insurance Company was nothing but flawless after I filed couple of Loss of Assessment claims. Claims were handled very efficiently. Greatfull.
