Mike Duffy and Wayne Scroggins State Farm Insurance have been outstanding in their efforts to help me with my car insurance!!! They are immediately responsive to my questions and needs! Highly recommended!!
We have had nothing but great service from this insurance agency. They are easy to contact, quick responses and help with everything we need for our auto insurance and homeowner's insurance. After having two (2) accidents and changes in our homeowner's insurance due to the hurricanes, we are very satisfied with how smoothly the auto claims were handled and the transfer to a new homeowner's insurance company went. we didn't have to do much of anything except make a phone call to them. They are Great to work with!

Their customer service is non existent. You are nothing but a number to them. Sandy is sure to tell you that in a round about way each time she talks to you. At least to this particular office. If I could give them no stars, I would. Sandy and Mike are very unprofessional. Mike doesn't return phone calls even after staing he will call back. I had to call back 2 or 3 times and then finally had to make an appointment just to try to get clarity.
