Even though I had alerts set up on my accounts to let me know when my accounts dropped below a certain amount, I only got the alerts for 1 of the accounts. I was told that this was something new that they were working on with the online banking and told me to keep in touch to let them know if it happened again. Even though we have overdraft protection, we are still getting over drafted and then charged for it. It is impossible to figure out how much is actually in your account since it takes up to five days for money to be removed. Will be switching banks, have had issues the entire two years I’ve been banking here.

We sat down with a loan officer who approved us for a home loan, assured us that we were good to go. Then when the time came a week or so later we find out that the loan officer retired a day after I had spoken to him!! He never said a word about it to us!! And now they say they can't approve us for that amount. Totally disgusted and heartbroken. Now thinking about changing banks altogether.
