He walked us through the claim, he was there when the adjuster came, and had fantastic communication throughout the entire process.The crew cleaned everything so well. We had a leak at the office after a heavy rain storm and called hoping to get put on the schedule for a repair. Sergio responded immediately and was out investigating the problem within the hour. After sending me pictures of what he believed to be the problem, he made a plan to return after the roof was dry to apply sealant. Once the job was done he followed up with more pictures.
