A few months back we had our Tire Pressure Sensors replaced on our vehicle. Last week I have 4 new tires put on by Waynes Auto. During the installation of said tires they broke a lug nut stud. Said come back and they would fix it for me. Sure enough, took it back today and it was replaced. And oh by the way it would be another $170 out of my pocket. His excuse was that the last time the tires were taken off and put back on the lugs were tightened to much and therefore the reason the stud broke. The last time they were taken ... read more
They screwed my husband out of 800$ to get an alignment and control arms. When we left our truck was basically worse off then before. We went there and they ruined our tires and they put the wrong control arms on. So we had to redo it all ourselves. My husband even went back up there and asked if they could at least re align it right this time and they said no "you should have told us the day you got it worked on." So 800$ down the drain! Worthless shop don't go there
