Great landlord currently rent one of his homes and it’s been a great experience so far. If something goes wrong he gets it fixed the same day or promptly the next day.
Disagree with Andy. We lived in one of Wayne's rental homes for close to four years. During that time, pretty much every major issue you could have with a home we had: (AC/Heater broken, Sewer pipes clogged/backed up, Breaker box acting funny, Plumbing woes, Water Heater died, etc.) Wayne was ON TOP OF IT. They're all issues that are normal with older homes, so no skin off our backs. Wayne sent out the proper professionals and took care of the problems. Thanks, Wayne.
