I went in on several occasions over the years to have skin problems surgically removed. Both my siblings have had similar skin cancers removed by their own Doctors. When we compare experiences, mine seems to be always the worst. For one thing, they talk about going in and getting thorough, full body skin exams with whoever doing the exams using an optical device of some kind. Dr Plooster is very kind and easy to talk to. He is very thorough. He goes over all lab results and test results with you, explaining anything you don’t understand. He explains all treatment options to you for any medical conditions. Helping you decide without any pressure. I have been seeing Dr Plooster for over 12 years. I find him very knowledgeable and competent. I highly recommend him if you are looking for an excellent physician!!

Dr. Greg Wittenburg is absolutely the best in his field! He is caring and takes his time to explain everything. HE called to follow up that evening to see if everything was going okay after a small surgical procedure.
Dr. Schaeffer is knowledgeable, very trustworthy, she has provided cares for me for several years and I highly recommend her.
Visit with Dr. Eide went well. She was quick, efficient, and explained in detail what she was doing and what she was looking for. She answered all my questions. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Our interaction has not been with Dr. Bergstrom, but with his nurse. I drove my mother three hours to an appointment, despite canceling only once due to inclement weather, and she was denied entry. My mother, who has chronic arthritis and needs a stand-up walker, was told she had postponed too many times, which is untrue, and could not reschedule her appointment. Thereafter, I felt numb.
Dr Degen was very pushy about my family getting vaccinated. She was fine with me not getting vaxxed when I was pregnant but did tell me that I should. I told her no I don’t feel comfortable and she accepted that. In the delivery room prior to delivery my family wasn’t wearing their masks right away when she walked in but was in the process of putting them on, she snapped at them telling them to wear their masks when healthcare staff are in the room. I'd seen Dr. Plooster on two occasions when my regular doc in his group wasn't available and those appointments went well. When that doc retired I asked to become a patient of Dr. Plooster but was refused for trivial reasons by his girl. She would not allow me to speak with Dr. P so I wasn't even afforded the courtesy of a person-to-person contact.
