The exercises at JAG are noticeably helping my wrist issue. Aside from the tools used at the facility the at-home exercises are easy to do several times a day, and have helped my progress.
I truly enjoy the Staff at Jag. They treat me as a friend not just a paying client. The environment is so family like and comfortable to me. No pressure, however they do make sure my body get the attention needed.
The team at Wayne JAG was amazing. I recommend going for whatever ails you. I went for my neck pain. Danny and his team showed me stretches and exercises that relieved the pain after a few sessions. Danny evaluated me as the sessions went on and introduced new exercises as my strength improved. The team was very patient with my questions and concerns. Excellent facility & the staff is wonderful. They are really helping me with my hand. Mr. Martinez is the best. I did not think I would ever get my range of motion back in my hand after tendon surgery. Im so happy with my progress.
