Bought a White Kia Picanto GT 2021 (see photo) from Wayne Phillis Kia in Reynella South Aust. This dealership is approx 40 kms South of the Airport in Adelaide. I dealt with Todd Whitehill. I was an interstate buyer, and it was a below average experience. I would mark them very hard if I ever dealt with them again and especially if I lived in Adelaide. Very happy with the K4 so far and many thanks to Johanna who made the purchase a painless experience. She was very knowledgeable and showed great patience whilst explaining how to navigate the many technical features with which I was unfamiliar. Good, old fashioned service and certainly worth the short trip out of the city
At first a lovely experience and was really interested in buying a car but couldn’t come to a deal on the price, when we didn’t accept the offer that was given our seller got quite passive aggressive, making both my mum and I very uncomfortable. Terrible way to do business, definitely won’t be going back. We dealt with Taj, I don’t recommended going and especially do not recommend dealing with him.
