If i could give zero stars i absolutely would i dont even feel comfortable leaving a one star review.I purchased a xr iphone on sept 23 about two maybe 3 weeks later the phone wouldnt charge, The "owner" stated that the battery was unplugged and that he plugged it back in.The phone worked fine for a week and then did the same thing so i took it back and the "son" stated it was a bad battery and then when i mentioned i had just recently purchased the phone and what would that cost me.He then proceeds to put my battery back in... read more

Brought in tablet to repair. Charged $300 plus shipping for parts and labor. When I came for pick up he told me frame had been bent but he flattened it all out. 2 weeks later I used tablet for a short time, pen isn’t writing like normal. I call store owner to coordinate a drop off. When I go to take it to shop owner next day glass is cracking right from the area that he supposedly bent straight. He tells me he can’t do anything aside from warranty it through Apple. I ask for trade ins or refund, he denies. My career depends ... read more
Got my laptop worked on came to pick it up during open hours and they were closed, had to drive back again picked it up and they didn't have my charger that I dropped off with it, had to come back again to pick up charger during their open hours and they weren't open again, I had to drive to this place 4 separate times, waste of time and money
