Not my 1st experience in ER unfortunately but it has been a n experience. From start to finish I was well treated, everything was explained to me and I believe I received excellent care. Ended up having to stay a few days in WMH and also was treated according to my medical needs. Shout out to Dr. Zeleiski and all nursing staff especially (sorry some names excape me) Mary, Pretty and the aides. Rating 5 out of 5

Absolutely terrible experience. Arrived at the ER around 3:10 AM and have been sitting for hours without being seen. It’s now 6:10AM, and one of the only other people here — who came in at 1 AM — is still waiting too. There’s been no communication, no updates, and no sense of urgency from anyone on staff. After reading other reviews, it’s clear this is a chronic problem that management refuses to fix. My daughter was there for mental health reasons and we sat for 15 hours before we insisted on leaving. She kept being told that she was next on the queue for the telehealth consult, but every time estimates came and went and we just sat. In that 15 hours she wasn’t offered a pillow, water, or her medications. Mt daughter received very little empathy from the nurses, most of whom just responded grumpily when we inquired about care. Been sitting here for over 4 hours, son was in a car accident and ambulance told him to go to ER. They checked his vitals, gave him two Tylenol, cat scan and xray, neck collar and sat him out in lobby. He has a bad headache, nauseous, large lump on side of head, slurred speech, but told too busy only taking the worse patients. No offense but no one has looked at him, so how do they know he is ok? What a joke for medical care. Might be on list for beautiful hospitals, and don't even see that.
