Been sitting here for over 4 hours, son was in a car accident and ambulance told him to go to ER. They checked his vitals, gave him two Tylenol, cat scan and xray, neck collar and sat him out in lobby. He has a bad headache, nauseous, large lump on side of head, slurred speech, but told too busy only taking the worse patients. No offense but no one has looked at him, so how do they know he is ok? What a joke for medical care. Might be on list for beautiful hospitals, and don't even see that.
Emergency dept is understaffed, undereducated, rude, dismissive and filthy.
