No one checked on labs. Asked for water and took hours to get some. They said someone would come into help me dress and again took over an hour.
Not my 1st experience in ER unfortunately but it has been a n experience. From start to finish I was well treated, everything was explained to me and I believe I received excellent care. Ended up having to stay a few days in WMH and also was treated according to my medical needs. Shout out to Dr. Zeleiski and all nursing staff especially (sorry some names excape me) Mary, Pretty and the aides. Rating 5 out of 5
Absolutely terrible experience. Arrived at the ER around 3:10 AM and have been sitting for hours without being seen. It’s now 6:10AM, and one of the only other people here — who came in at 1 AM — is still waiting too. There’s been no communication, no updates, and no sense of urgency from anyone on staff. After reading other reviews, it’s clear this is a chronic problem that management refuses to fix.
