* NO STARS!!! First of all of you ever want to step in here make sure your insurance is ACTIVE I gave the receptionist my ID and insurance card! She said everything was fine and that it was active now their billing me and crediting me to collection for their mistake and wanting to steal from people !!! When it’s your job from up hand to let people know about their insurance or sending bills on time!!!!!!! So insurance company can process them !! Also the wait time is horrible!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!
Very disappointed in this office, for several reasons. It started with trying to make my appointment while the receptionist chowed down her lunch on the other end of the phone. Not professional, but I'm not taking any stars for that. I did, however, take a star for the two hour wait. This is a one doctor, one receptionist show, so scheduling should be relatively easy. I understand that you want to have you patients ready, but don't schedule them so they're waiting for 2 hours. That's ridiculous. Other ENT offices said I need... read more
