Clera refused to communicate or speak to me about the theft of my intellectual copyright. Her excuse, she doesn't want to fight people out of state. She does not want to defend me from someone taking my IP in the state of Virginia. Makes you think what other states clients are dealing with. Have a consumer issue. They can't make any money off it so they won't take the case. Period.
I brought a very complicated case to Mr. Wayne. As unfair as the totality of the circumstance was, Mr. Wayne did a lot of work, and maximized my return. He leveraged his contacts to create a think-tank for my case, he focused on technical fouls to prevent the Court from being able to easily dispose of my case, and he worked with me to make sure my side was heard without adding to the complexity.
