Wayne gave a great massage--really effective at pinpointing the root of tension and working it out with targeted techniques that didn't require a lot of consistent pressure. I could feel muscles relaxing and unwinding while he worked on them. He was also really good about checking in and making sure I wasn't feeling pain or discomfort while he worked. I was in from out of town, but if I were local, I would be a regular client.

After years of pain and as a retired RN I have managed my pain. I have managed all of this with following the medical care faithfully.The most effective relief I have had has only taken the edge off. It's sad insurance doesn't cover deep tissue myofacial release. Wayne is very knowledgeable and has a true gift to provide this service. He is kind . I came in not being able to walk upright, and I left being able to stand straight and walk with a regular stride. I appreciate his professionalism, and his knowledge of anatomy being in healthcare myself. I always appreciate when someone can give me information on how to further help myself not only with the session, but what can I do afterwards to help my health! While he gives a good massage, as a women, I feel it is my obligation to give strong caution. Red flags I experienced… using terms of endearment, compliments, asking very personal questions and escalation from the first appt to the second. There are Yelp reviews stating similar feelings of being unsafe.
