The front desk woman was extremely rude. She stated I cannot be Dr. Joseph’s patient without even giving me the chance to speak. I entered the clinic very sick in need of help and the lady shut me out saying They we’re closing in half hour and that I would not be seen. She denied me of service and I was in need of care, I could have become a patient of dr Joseph but she denied me service because she wanted to leave earlier. Dr. Joseph was my PCP for almost 5 years and for 5 years I said I needed to find another one. All he does is prescribe and refer. The final straw was I needed to have a drain removed. He said he couldn't do it. Didn't even take my temperature and charged me the copay. When I asked why did I have to pay it, he wouldn't tell me where to go. You would think after so long there would at least be a courtesy.

Left a message for a call back.. Which was totally ignored... No call back ... I called back myself and got thru.
