Worst experience of my life. The subs were disgruntled because they weren’t getting paid. I found out when confronted by several of them that it was being blamed on me even though I was way ahead of schedule on payment and work was way behind schedule. So stressful. Many issues during construction and since I moved in I have spent $17,000 to have my brand new roof repaired because of shoddy installation, $2,000 on repairs on to my Heat and Glo fireplaces because parts that were supplied with the fireplaces were not installed... read more
