When AHS warranty advised me the repair to our pressure reducing valve is NOT COVERED! then the plumber they sent gave me an outragous price and advised me my water heater did not have a thermo expansion tank. Wayne Hyde Plumbing came to my home through my home warranty company to service an issue with my kitchen sink, and I had a great experience. I unfortunately forgot the technician’s name, but he was very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He clearly knew what he was doing and explained what he was checking, what he found, and what needed to be done as he went along. They came out and game me a way over priced quote to install a water softener. I looked at my project and decided to do it myself. Their quote was $2,800 to $3,200. I paid $100 in parts and did it myself. Glad I didn't go with them. I was about to be screwed over. Don't be their victim. 🤣

Nathan just left the house after replacing a couple of faucets, and I can't say enough positive comments about this gentleman. He was fast, smart, and well mannered. He double checked all his work and explained what was going on. I'm very pleased!
