I don't know where my one star review went, but I owe it to Wayne Homes to leave it once again. My house is falling apart. Update, my house should not be falling apart after 5 years. Now only 7 years my ceiling is leaking and I need a new roof. Don't worry Wayne Homes, I wouldn't trust you to fix anything and don't act like you care.
We had a pretty good building experience and ended up with a beautiful home. The warranty service is horrendous. They do not honor their warranty. They forgot an air vent in our master bedroom and our hvac was poorly done. Our entire upstairs is at least 10 degrees different. It’s like we don’t have HVAC at all in the summer. Of course the HVAC sub went out of business So no recourse there. We were told by the warranty manager “we are working on a solution”. That solution never came and our warranty expired. Building with Wayne was the best thing our family could have done! They built us a beautiful, quality home that we love! Our experience with our Field Manager, Rich Flickner, was great-he was attentive and responsive to any issues that arose and ensured they were handled quickly. They sent special, thoughtful gifts to our 1 year old daughter, and made it clear that they truly cared about us and building us our Forever Home. My parents were interested in a home with Wayne. They were looking for a home plan or two. They do not have land yet, and when we mentioned that to Shane Krinack he alsmost instantly lost Interest making it seem as my parents were a burden. He was also short with us and did not make any good effort to help my parents find their forever home. Highly disappointed. Went with competitor. Do not recommend .
