We had the pleasure of working with our field manager Tim throughout our building process through Wayne Homes! He was absolutely wonderful and caring throughout the whole process and anything we had doubts about he made sure it got fixed and was done correctly. Our home is absolutely beautiful and we can’t wait to continue to grow our family in our new home. Again had a great experience and very thankful for our wonderful field manager Tim!!
We recently completed our home build with Wayne Homes in Fredericktown, Ohio, and moved in at the end of June. The entire build process was incredibly smooth from start to finish. Worked with Wayne homes for approximately 18 months from when we started looking at home builders until we had keys in hand. From start to finish the process was enjoyable, they were transparent on pricing. Which made choosing a floor plan infinitely easier. They were not pushy at any point in the sales process I felt very comfortable visiting multiple times at multiple model home sites and was never pressured to talk to sales. I can’t say enough about Tim Bush at Wayne Homes. We had an emergency with our HVAC today (on a Saturday) and he was so fast, helpful, and went above and beyond to help us. He is truly amazing!!!!!!
