We had a wonderful building experience with Wayne. The timeline was either exactly as they said or even sooner than they said throughout the whole process. Our field manager, Tim Bush, was incredible and communicated with us almost daily throughout the whole build (5.5 months). He was fabulous at answering our questions, providing updates, troubleshooting with us, and reassuring us when we were nervous. We had the pleasure of working with our field manager Tim throughout our building process through Wayne Homes! He was absolutely wonderful and caring throughout the whole process and anything we had doubts about he made sure it got fixed and was done correctly. Our home is absolutely beautiful and we can’t wait to continue to grow our family in our new home. Again had a great experience and very thankful for our wonderful field manager Tim!!
We recently completed our home build with Wayne Homes in Fredericktown, Ohio, and moved in at the end of June. The entire build process was incredibly smooth from start to finish.
