Worked with Wayne homes for approximately 18 months from when we started looking at home builders until we had keys in hand. From start to finish the process was enjoyable, they were transparent on pricing. Which made choosing a floor plan infinitely easier. They were not pushy at any point in the sales process I felt very comfortable visiting multiple times at multiple model home sites and was never pressured to talk to sales. I can’t say enough about Tim Bush at Wayne Homes. We had an emergency with our HVAC today (on a Saturday) and he was so fast, helpful, and went above and beyond to help us. He is truly amazing!!!!!!
Our experience with Wayne Homes and with our field manager Tim Bush was fantastic! We enjoyed every phase of the process! Tim kept us hyper-informed throughout the build and would take care of any issues that came as instantly as possible. We couldn’t be happier with our beautiful quality built Wayne Home!
