Had a pretty identical experience to Mikinzie Dull.
If it weren’t for our great experience with Chelsea and the other ladies in the office at the start, we wouldn’t have chosen Wayne Homes for our new build. Dropped by Wayne Homes today while headed to Toledo for some fun. Stopped by Schumacher in December. These homes are quite impressive and nicely decorated. Was basically trying to get some ideas. Erin helped us out and was very friendly and professional. The middle model is impressive. I could almost just live in the basement of it.
