We built our home in 2025. Our official dig day was in July. Our site manager, NATE was amazing to work with. He literally answered every single call or text within an hour or so of us reaching out. Wayne homes built my house in 2023. The options when you're building were good, the ladies in the office were great but today after the insurance adjuster left and I must put a lot more money into fixing Wayne homes work I figured I would reach out and warn everyone. There are other options that actually care if their work is completed correctly, not just paid for. I have had leaking windows, garage side door leaks, drywall seams all over the ceiling, different color of stains placed on stairwell. Worst of it was the buildin... read more
We built our home with Wayne homes in 2025 finishing in June 2025. It was a difficult decision but we went for it. Lot of issues with each and every step of the way. We are contractors and sadly know what should have been done. Some of the contractors are wonderful and some are not. At each step foundation, framing, electric roof and so on and so on we had to have corrections. They did fix the window wall bowing in and the floor dropping 3/4 inch. We are very satisfied with Wayne Homes! Chris (our construction manager) is amazing to work with. He took a very difficult situation we were posed with regarding the land we were building on and addressed each and every concern we had personally. He kept us up to date throughout the whole experience and any problems we had, he fixed them as quickly as possible. Amazing customer service! We're happy with the overall experience as well and would recommend Wayne Homes to others.
