My husband and I had a great experience with Wayne Homes and our Project Manager, Kipp. He clearly and regularly communicated with us throughout the whole process. We are very pleased with the quality of the work. We are very happy with our McCallister II Legacy ranch home. We would definitely recommend Wayne Homes to others!
They use the cheapest subcontractors for every portion of the job. Terrible build quality, rude subcontractors, they try to cut corners everywhere they can.
Loved touring all 3 of the model homes - 2 ranches & a large 2-story. One of the models shows a partially finished basement which was really cool. The staff was friendly & helpful.
