We had a wonderful experience building with Wayne Homes from the first meeting to customize our home to the final walkthrough. The attention to detail and ability for us to be guided through the process to create our dream home was unmatched. Everyone we worked with was so helpful and kind, and made us feel important every step of the way. Our home was beautifully built and I would recommend Wayne Homes to anyone looking to build their dream home!
My husband and I had a great experience with Wayne Homes and our Project Manager, Kipp. He clearly and regularly communicated with us throughout the whole process. We are very pleased with the quality of the work. We are very happy with our McCallister II Legacy ranch home. We would definitely recommend Wayne Homes to others!
They use the cheapest subcontractors for every portion of the job. Terrible build quality, rude subcontractors, they try to cut corners everywhere they can.
