I had a call from Karen with Wayne Health services from 330-494-3880 with an information request. She could not communicate her needs clearly. i helped her the best I could and offered to transfer her to a Supervisor. She became extremely belligerent, irate and she slammed down the phone. This behavior is very unprofessional and presents a very poor image for your company. (I prefer a no star rating based on this experience).
