I am not surprised to see a perfect rating for Harbin builders. They built an amazing home for us, virtually perfectly. As a family who has built several homes over the years as developers, we are fussy. Wayne, Brad, Doug, John, Linda and many others epitomize customer service, honesty and integrity. We are already engaged in planning the next building on our farm. They are not family, but sure feel like it.
