Well I hate doing this but, I bought a used mower back in April of last year. First week or 2 I had transmission belt issues. They fixed it as they should or so I thought. A little while later (a couple months maybe) same issue charged me for it. I sucked up the charge bc I needed my mower. Come to find out I start of this year belt popped off, so I called them again told them it was the same issue as before... Now they are going to charge me again...
