Michelle service advisor was the best -kept me inform on what was needed-very friendly
The service department had abysmal service. The communication lacked from the very beginning I was left confused and unsure of the status of my car for about a week. No one seemed to know what was going on when I finally was able to get a service manager on the phone with me. He started talking to me about another vehicle that wasn’t even my car. I didn’t even have any of the right information.
Employees are always so nice keep me informed and answer my questions. Matt is very knowledgeable he was training someone believe his name was Rob also very polite.
