Quick process and professional staff!
I have been waiting for over a year for recall parts,and service for my Company Vehicle. I was advised several times last year 2025 that the dealer would get in touch with me once the parts arrive. It's been 1 year,and still nothing. Called again this morning, and spoke to Ana at the service department, and was asked for my information for the 100th time. I bought my Expedition from Wayne Ford back in 2019 and have been bringing it here for every service since. The department used to be great — but it’s gone downhill fast. My Expedition has had ongoing transmission issues (shocking, I know). The first “fix” last year didn’t solve the problem, so it needed to go back. I had my Explorer serviced this past week, and the team at Wayne Ford could not have been better. My appointment was made quickly and efficiently. They had my car in and out in no time at all. The entire staff was friendly and helpful as always. This is the 4th vehicle I have gotten from Wayne Ford, and every time I have needed service they never disappoint. Many thanks to everyone at WF.
