I bought my Expedition from Wayne Ford back in 2019 and have been bringing it here for every service since. The department used to be great — but it’s gone downhill fast. My Expedition has had ongoing transmission issues (shocking, I know). The first “fix” last year didn’t solve the problem, so it needed to go back. I had my Explorer serviced this past week, and the team at Wayne Ford could not have been better. My appointment was made quickly and efficiently. They had my car in and out in no time at all. Wasted my time coming up here for a service, This dealership has the practice of telling you something over the phone and when u arrive is another movie, The women on the service desk is rude and missaligned.
