Not very pleased at all with the owner or his conduct. He squabbled with me over 10 dollars after he was unable to provide a service, failed to provide a price for the service but yet wanted to charge anyway. He was hired by my roadside assistance and dealer to tow my car after i had a flat. The tire was irreparable and had to be replaced. The tire was under warranty and the dealer and roadside services compromised and agreed to towing the vehicle to little rock rather than Monroe, LA, an extra 4 hours from my destination.
