Any reviews of this company that say they are more than one star is lying. They are absolutely horrible. We had a brand new NV home and the drywall was improperly installed, tape mudding nail pops all again not correct. Their office staff as well significantly lacking in any professionalism. Stay away at all costs. IF NV homes tries to push them on you say absolutely not.
We had drywall repairs completed by Wayne which was contracted by Keystone Custom Homes. These repairs were apart of a one year warranty. Wayne’s idea of fixing screw and nail pops is but slapping a mound of mud on top of screws rather then fixing the real issue! When you have nail and screw pops the the drywall needs to be cut out on top screws and retightened other wise the problem will return. We own an NV Home and they contract with Wayne Drywall. We had a wonderful wife+husband (Teresa & Alvaro) duo work on our home multiple times. They were fast, diligent, and very thorough. We were so pleased with the repairs and paint jobs. I also enjoyed working with Erin, the customer service rep, who communicated promptly and professionally with us. Thank you for the top notch service all around!
