You guys are awesome but could be little proactive and inform customers in advance about any delays from your side. Also while making invoice, you must call me prior. My wife had an issue with her credit card. You guys went ahead with the payment. As the payment has not gone though the original invoice still shows payment pending from me. I paid it this morning anyways after receiving 3 calls wuthin 15 miniutes. When there is a delay yiu guys do not bother to call me. The spring in my TorqueMaster One counterbalance (30+ yr old) broke. I contacted Wayne Dalton for a replacement. I had the pleasure of dealing with Alyson. She was knowledgeble, efficient, polite and caring. After sending her a couple of pictures of my door, she placed the order and said she would call when it came in. Because I have a TM1 counterbalance (the original style) it took longer than usual. When it came in I was told it is probably the last TM1.
